The first thing you have to do is clean your kitchen of all the foods that make you fat. Clean your fridge and dispose of items. Donate packaged food in your kitchen to a local food bank.
Then, go to the grocery store and buy just sixteen of the following:

  2. Tuna
  3. Every and every fruit.
  4. Every and all vegetables.
  5. 8 oz. steak
  6. Two chicken breasts.
  7. Vegetable Salad.
  8. Balsamic vinegar
  9. Special K Cereals
  10. Skim milk
  11. red rice
  12. Instant oatmeal (although not the type of sugary packaging)
  13. Turkish Breast Slices
  14. 3 servings of fish
  15. Low-fat yogurt
  16. Eggs
By using this food as a basis for your diet, write a diet plan for the next seven days. After that, you will be fully committed to following it. Part of the motivation to clean your kitchen beforehand is that there will be no food that you can "cheat".

Next, you want to get a pedometer and make sure you walk at least 10,000 steps every day. This may look like a lot, but here are some ways you can get additional steps.
  1. Parking far from the door of your office or shop. Not only will you get additional steps, but you will have much easier parking time.
  2. Climb the stairs instead of the elevator. If you work on the fourth floor, get off the elevator at least two floors earlier and walk along the road.
  3. When you need to contact colleagues at work, don't call or email them, go to your office or desk.
  4. If you take a bus or other mass transportation, get off one or two stops early and walk.
  5. walking dog. If you don't have a dog, volunteer to walk with a neighboring dog.
  6. Take a walk before dinner. Not only will it increase the number of steps you take that day, but walking before dinner will reduce your appetite.
Finally, try drinking at least eight 8-ounce glasses of water per day when you try to lose weight. You can do this by drinking one liter of water at work and another liter at home. If you don't like pure water, it's okay to replace ice tea without sugar or lemonade or sugar-free drinks.
