I've been using this product for about two years. I take 7 capsules at each meal based on an interview I heard with Nicholas Gonzalez, MD, who said he helped the company formulate this product. I do feel a bit of improvement in digestion. Dr. G has said that if he only took one supplement, digestive enzymes would be it.
